Faulty Goods

If the goods are damaged on receipt you must sign the delivery note as damaged otherwise we cannot accept a claim for damaged items.

If goods are faulty or do not match the sample supplied you must inform us in writing within 7 days. We will inform you of collection details which will be at our cost. Once we have received the goods we will inspect them to confirm the fault. Once confirmed, we will issue a full credit for the purchase price. If the fault is not genuine we will deduct a percentage from the original purchase.
